This site was built on a shoestring budget. It is not a commercial site. The site was
built primarily using tools and technology from Microsoft and Telligent.
Most
of my development
was done using a product called Community Server. Community Server is a
software platform that powers web communities. Community Server makes it
unbelievably easy to create public communities.
It includes all of the common applications you need to build a successful online
community such as blogs, forums, photo, and file sharing.
It includes all of the tools necessary for managing
and moderating all incoming content. Additional tools, such as
private areas of the site, can be used to offer value-added

Community Server itself was built on the work of other technology. A couple worth mentioning are
